Trivandrum: To facilitate urgent repair works of a maintenance pit line at Thiruvananthapuram central railway station, 16347/16348 pair of trains, Mangalore Express will temporarily originate from / terminate at Kochuveli station from 09th January 2019 to 07th February 2019.
Trivandrum: Machine enabled deep screening and tamping (track maintenance works) of rail crossover points at Perinad yard(station limits) will commence from 03rd January 2019. These works are scheduled during the night hours thereby causing minimal interference for day/commuter trains. Trivandrum: The rakes of Train No. 22633 Thiruvananthapuram-Hazrat Nizamuddin Weekly Express & 22634 Hazrat Nizamuddin-Thiruvananthapuram Weekly Express will be upgraded with most modern UTKRISHT coaches. The first service of the train with the upgraded Utkrisht coaches will operate from 26.12.2018 leaving Thiruvananthapuram central at 14.15 hrs.
