Trivandrum: Trains services will be regulated for track maintenance works scheduled in Chengannur-Mavelikara, Karunagapally-Sasthankotta, Kadakkavur-Varkala sections and at Nagercoil Junction Yard, as detailed below.
Partial Cancellation
1. Train No. 06441 Ernakulam Junction – Kollam Junction MEMU Express Special leaving Ernakulam Jn. from 1st June to 11th June 2023 will be short-terminated at Kayamkulam Jn. The train would not run between Kayamkulam Jn. and Kollam Jn.
2. Train No. 06441 Ernakulam Junction – Kollam Junction MEMU Express Special leaving Ernakulam Jn. on 13th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 20th, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 27th and 30th June 2023 will be short terminated at Kayamkulam Jn. The train will be partially cancelled between Kayamkulam Jn. and Kollam Jn.
3. Train No. 16605 Mangaluru Central – Nagercoil Junction Ernad Express leaving Mangaluru Cntrl. on 21st, 23rd, 24th and 26th June 2023 will be short-terminated at Kollam Jn. The train will be partially cancelled between Kollam Jn. and Nagercoil Jn.
4. Train No. 16606 Nagercoil Junction – Mangaluru Central Ernad Express leaving Nagercoil Jn. on 22nd, 24th, 25th, 27th June 2023 will be short-terminated at Nagercoil Junction. The train will be partially cancelled between Nagercoil Jn. and Kollam Junction.
5. Train No. 16649 Mangaluru Central – Nagercoil Junction Parasuram Express leaving Mangaluru Ctrl. on 21st, 23rd, 24th, and 26th June 2023 will be short-terminated at Thiruvananthapuram Cntrl. The train will be partially cancelled between Thiruvananthapuram Ctrl. and Nagercoil Jn.
6. Train No. 16650 Nagercoil Junction – Mangaluru Central Parasuram Express will commence service from Thiruvananthapuram Cntrl. Instead of Nagercoil Jn. on 22nd, 24th, 25th and 27th June 2023. The train will be partially cancelled between Nagercoil Jn. and Thiruvananthapuram Ctrl.
DIVERSION OF TRAINS
1. Train No. 16730 Punalur – Madurai Junction Express leaving Punalur on 21st, 23rd, 24th and 26th June 2023 will be diverted via Nagercoil Junction Bypass, skipping its scheduled stoppage at Nagercoil Jn. An additional stoppage will be provided at Nagercoil Town station at 22.40 hrs.
2. Train No. 16729 Madurai Junction – Punalur Express leaving Madurai Jn. on 21st, 23rd, 24th and 26th June 2023 will be diverted via Nagercoil Junction Bypass, skipping its scheduled stoppage at Nagercoil Jn. An additional stoppage will be provided at Nagercoil Town station at 04.35 hrs.
