Trivandrum: The Thiruvananthapuram Division of Southern Railway has made elaborate arrangements for the convenience of Sabarimala pilgrims and passengers during the Mandala Makaravilakku Festival commencing on 16.11.2018. The division has facilitated multipronged arrangements including special trains, accommodation and security arrangements to cater to the needs of the pilgrims during the ensuing season.

Trivandrum: The following trains are diverted on a permanent basis between Kanpur Central and Barabanki skipping the stoppage at Lucknow Jn. The new route for the trains will be Kanpur Central – Manak Nagar – Aishbagh – Badshahnagar – Malhaur – Barabanki instead of Kanpur Central – Manaknagar – Lucknow Jn. – Malhaur – Barabanki. Additional Stoppages at Aishbagh and Badshahnagar will be provided for the trains in lieu of the stoppage at Lucknow Jn.

SPECIAL FARE SPECIAL TRAINS BETWEEN TAMBARAM – KOLLAM Train No.06027 Tambaram – Kollam special fare special train will leave Tambaram at 17.15 hrs. on 02nd, 04th, 07th, 09th, 16th, 18th, 21st, 23rd & 25th January, 2019 and reach Kollam at 09.20 hrs. the next day.
