Ernakulam: The following 5 pairs of trains, presently running via Shoranur Junction, will be diverted via Shoranur ‘B’ cabin, bypassing Shoranur Junction, due to operational reasons.
1. Train No.12511 / 12512 Gorakhpur – Thiruvananthapuram – Gorakhpur Raptisagar triweekly express trains.
2. Train No.12521 / 12522 Barauni – Ernakulam – Barauni weekly express trains.
3. Train No.22645 / 22646 Indore – Thiruvananthapuram – Indore Ahilyanagari weekly express trains.
4. Train No.22647 / 22648 Korba – Thiruvananthapuram – Korba biweekly express trains.
5. Train No.13351 / 13352 Dhanbad – Alappuzha – Dhanbad daily express trains.
These trains will bypass Shoranur Junction and run via Shoranur ‘B’ cabin with effect from the dates mentioned against each.
1. Train No.12511 Gorakhpur – Thiruvananthapuram Raptisagar triweekly express leaving Gorakhpur with effect from 04.04.2019.
2. Train No.12512 Thiruvananthapuram – Gorakhpur Raptisagar triweekly express leaving Thiruvananthapuram with effect from 02.04.2019.
3. Train No.12521 Barauni – Ernakulam Raptisagar weekly express leaving Barauni with effect from 01.04.2019.
4. Train No.12522 Ernakulam – Barauni Raptisagar weekly express leaving Ernakulam with effect from 05.04.2019.
5. Train No.22645 Indore – Thiruvananthapuram Ahilyanagari weekly express leaving Indore with effect from 01.04.2019.
6. Train No.22646 Thiruvananthapuram – Indore Ahilyanagari weekly express leaving Thiruvananthapuram with effect from 06.04.2019.
7. Train No.22647 Korba – Thiruvananthapuram biweekly express leaving Korba with effect from 03.04.2019.
8. Train No.22648 Thiruvananthapuram – Korba biweekly express leaving Thiruvananthapuram with effect from 01.04.2019.
9. Train No.13351 Dhanbad – Alappuzha daily express leaving Dhanbad with effect from 01.04.2019.
10. Train No.13352 Alappuzha – Dhanbad daily express leaving Alappuzha with effect from 01.04.2019.
STOPPAGES FOR DHANBAD – ALAPPUZHA – DHANBAD EXPRESS TRAINS AT WADAKANCHERI AND OTTAPALAM RAILWAY STATIONS
Consequent to the diversion via Shoranur ‘B’ cabin, skipping the stoppage at Shoranur Junction, Train No.13351 / 13352 Dhanbad – Alappuzha – Dhanbad daily express trains will be provided additional stoppages at Wadakancheri and Ottapalam railway stations as explained below.
1. Train No.13351 Dhanbad – Alappuzha daily express leaving Dhanbad with effect from 01.04.2019 will additionally stop at Ottapalam and Wadakancheri railway stations.
· Timings at Ottapalam railway station: 13.48 / 13.50 hrs.
· Timings at Wadakancheri railway station: 15.15 / 15.17 hrs.
2. Train No.13352 Alappuzha – Dhanbad daily express leaving Alappuzha with effect from 01.04.2019 will additionally stop at Wadakancheri and Ottapalam railway stations.
· Timings at Wadakancheri railway station: 08.40 / 08.42 hrs.
· Timings at Ottapalam railway station: 10.16 / 10.18 hrs.
Malabar and Mangalore people should protest very strongly.
Timing of announcement is suspect — because present MPs cannot do something about it.
Also, GM of S.Rly retires today with replacement not announced yet.
No need … Actually due to this reason, many other trains and also the same trains are being delayed after crossing shoranur junction
It’s strange that the Malabar people are not giving any sign of protest… Leave alone strong protest …!!!
