Trivandrum: In connection with Pongala Mahotsavam at Attukal Bhagavathi Temple, the following Special trains/Additional stoppages will be operated/provided for the convenience of Pilgrims as detailed below:
1. Special Train between Ernakulam – Thiruvananthapuram Central: Ernakulam – Thiruvananthapuram Central MEMU Special train will leave Ernakulam at 01.45 hrs on 25th February 2024 (Sunday) and reach Thiruvananthapuram Central at 06.30 hrs, the same day.
2. Special Train between Thiruvananthapuram Central – Ernakulam: Thiruvananthapuram Central – Ernakulam MEMU Special will leave Thiruvananthapuram Central at 15.30 hrs on 25th February, 2024 (Sunday) and reach Ernakulam at 20.15 hrs the same day.
3. Special Train between Nagercoil – Thiruvananthapuram Central: Nagercoil – Thiruvananthapuram Central MEMU Special will leave Nagercoil at 02.15 hrs on 25th February, 2024 (Sunday) and reach Thiruvananthapuram
Central at 03.32 hrs, the same day.
Additional Stoppages for Express Trains in Kollam – Thiruvananthapuram Section:
1. Train No. 16348 Mangaluru Central – Thiruvananthapuram Central Express leaving Mangaluru Central at 14.25 hrs on 24th February, 2024 will be provided additional stoppages at Paravur, Varkala and Kadakavur.
2. Train No. 16335 Gandhidham BG – Nagercoil Express leaving Gandhidham BG at 10.35 hrs on 23rd February, 2024 will be provided additional stoppages at Paravur, Kadakavur, Chirayinkheezh and Kazhakuttam.
3. Train No.16344 Madurai Jn – Thiruvananthapuram Central Amritha Express leaving Madurai Jn at 16.10 hrs on 24th February, 2024 will be provided additional stoppages at Paravur and Chirayinkheezh.
4. Train No. 16603 Mangaluru Central – Thiruvananthapuram Central Maveli Express leaving Mangaluru Central at 17.30 hrs on 24th February, 2024 will be provided additional stoppages at Kadakavur and Chirayinkheezh.
5. Train No. 12695 Dr. MGR Chennai Central – Thiruvananthapuram central Superfast Express leaving Dr. MGR Chennai Central at 15.20 hrs on 24th February, 2024 will be provided additional stoppage at Chirayinkheezh.
Additional Stoppages for Express Trains in Thiruvananthapuram – Kollam Section:
1. Train No. 12624 Thiruvananthapuram Central – Dr. MGR Chennai Central Mail leaving Thiruvananthapuram Central at 15.00 hrs on 25th February, 2024 will be provided additional stoppages at Kazhakuttam, Kadakavur & Chirayinkheezh.
2. Train No.12696 Thiruvananthapuram Central – Dr. MGR Chennai Central superfast Express leaving Thiruvananthapuram Central at 17.15 hrs on 25th February, 2024 will be provided additional stoppages at Kazhakuttam, Chirayinkheezh and Kadakavur.
Additional Stoppages for Express Trains in Nagercoil – Thiruvananthapuram Section:
1. Train No. 16729 Madurai – Punalur Express leaving Madurai at 23.25 hrs on 24th February, 2024 will be provided additional Stoppages at Palliyadi, Kulitturai West and Balaramapuram.
2. Train No. 16650 Nagercoil Jn – Mangaluru Central Parasuram Express leaving Nagercoil Jn at 04.15 hrs on 25th Februrary, 2024 will be provided additional stoppages at Balaramapuram and Nemom.
Additional Stoppages for Express Trains in Thiruvananthapuram – Kollam Section:
1. Train No. 19578 Jamnagar – Tirunelveli Express leaving Jamnagar at 21.25 hrs on 23rd February, 2024 will be provided additional stoppages at Balaramapuram and Neyyanttinkara.
2. Train No. 20636 Kollam – Chennai Egmore Anantapuri Superfast Express leaving Kollam at 14.50 hrs on 25th February, 2024 will be provided additional stoppages at Balaramapuram and Nemom.
Rescheduling of Train:
1. Train No. 06429 Kochuveli – Nagercoil Special leaving Kochuveli at 14.40 hrs on 25th February, 2024 will be rescheduled to leave Kochuveli at 15.40 hrs (Late by 1 Hour)
