Diversion & Cancellation of trains for maintenance works

Ernakulam: The following changes will be made in the pattern of train services to facilitate track maintenance works in the Ollur–Pudukkad and Irinjalakuda–Chalakudi sections and in the Punkunnam, Wadakkanchery and Ernakulam Junction yards.

FULL CANCELLATION

1. Train No. 56116 Guruvayur–Thrissur Passenger scheduled to leave Guruvayur daily at 18.10 hrs. will be fully cancelled on 04th November 2026 (1 day).
2. Train No. 56115 Thrissur–Guruvayur Passenger scheduled to leave Thrissur daily at 20.10 hrs. will be fully cancelled on 04th November 2026 (1 day).
3. Train No. 66310 Kollam–Ernakulam Junction MEMU scheduled to leave Kollam Jn. at 21.05 hrs. on 20th and 27th November 2026 (2 days), will be fully cancelled.

PARTIAL CANCELLATION

1. Train No. 16306 Kannur–Ernakulam Intercity Express leaving Kannur on 03rd, 06th, 10th, 13th, 14th, 15th, 17th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, 24th, 27th, 28th and 29th November 2026 & 01st and 04th December 2026 (16 days) will be short-terminated at Thrissur. The service between Thrissur and Ernakulam Junction will remain partially cancelled.
2. Train No. 18189 Tatanagar–Ernakulam Express leaving Tatanagar on 12th, 19th and 26th November 2026 (3 days) will be short-terminated at Aluva. The service between Aluva and Ernakulam Junction will remain partially cancelled.

DIVERSION

1. Train No. 16604 Thiruvananthapuram –Mangaluru Maveli Express leaving Thiruvananthapuram Central on 13th and 15th November 2026 (2 days) will be diverted between Kayamkulam Jn. and Ernakulam Town via Kottayam, skipping its scheduled stoppages at Harippad, Ambalappuzha, Alappuzha, Mararikulam, Cherthala, Turavur and Ernakulam Jn. Temporary additional stoppages will be provided in the diverted route at Chengannur, Tiruvalla, Changanassery, Kottayam and Ernakulam Town for the convenience of passengers.
2. Train No. 16128 Guruvayur–Chennai Egmore Express leaving Guruvayur at 23.15 hrs. on 13th, 20th and 27th November 2026 (3 days) will be diverted between Ernakulam Town and Kayamkulam Jn. via Kottayam, skipping its scheduled stoppages at Ernakulam Junction, Cherthala, Alappuzha, Ambalappuzha and Harippad. Temporary additional stoppages will be provided at Kottayam, Changanassery, Tiruvalla and Chengannur for the convenience of passengers.
3. Train No. 16603 Mangaluru –Thiruvananthapuram Maveli Express – leaving Mangaluru on 13th, 20th and 27th November 2026 (3 days) will be diverted between Ernakulam Town and Kayamkulam Jn. via Kottayam, skipping its scheduled stoppages at Ernakulam Junction, Cherthala, Alappuzha, Ambalappuzha and Harippad. Temporary additional stoppages will be provided at Ernakulam Town, Kottayam, Changanassery, Tiruvalla and Chengannur for the convenience of passengers.
