UTS-on-Mobile app to be decommissioned from Mar 1st

Trivandrum: The UTS-on-Mobile App (UTS App) will be decommissioned with effect from 01 March 2026. The RailOne App will be the single, unified and official mobile platform for ticketing and passenger services. Passengers are encouraged to transition early to the RailOne App to ensure uninterrupted access.

Users who download or update the latest version of the UTS App will not be permitted to book platform tickets or recharge the R-Wallet through the UTS App. Meanwhile, the railway has assured that the existing R-Wallet balance of users on the UTS App will remain completely safe and secure. The available R-Wallet balance will not lapse or be forfeited due to the decommissioning of the UTS App. The balance will be available for use on the RailOne App.

RailOne App offers Unreserved, Season and Platform ticketing, along with access to reserved ticketing services, through a single, user-friendly interface. Some of the salient features of RailOne App are:
• Passengers can book reserved tickets, unreserved tickets and platform tickets effortlessly from one app.
• The booking process is simple and secure, with multiple payment options including UPI, debit/credit cards, R-wallet and net banking.
• Live train running status, delays, and updated arrival/departure timings, real-time coach position and platform information help passengers board trains with ease.
• Passengers can conveniently track PNR status (Confirmed/RAC/ Waitlisted). Manage cancellations and monitor refund status—all in one place.
• RailOne enables passengers to order food directly to their seats from IRCTC-approved vendors.
• Complaints, feedback and service requests can be lodged easily through integrated RailMadad support.

Passengers are encouraged to download and use the RailOne Mobile application extensively for hassle-free bookings and other value-added services. The existing IRCTC or UTS credentials can be used for signing in to the RailOne app. By bringing booking, tracking, food services and grievance redressal under one roof, RailOne significantly reduces effort, saves time and enhances the overall passenger experience
