Trivandrum: The following special trains will operate on the SMVT Bengaluru – Thiruvananthapuram North – SMVT Bengaluru route for the convenience of passengers travelling during the festive season.
1. Train No. 06523 SMVT Bengaluru – Thiruvananthapuram North Weekly Express Festival Special via Kottayam will depart from SMVT Bengaluru at 19:25 hrs. on Mondays, 11th, 18th, 25th August and 1st, 8th, 15th September 2025 and reach Thiruvananthapuram North at 13:15 hrs. the next day.
In the return direction, Train No. 06524 Thiruvananthapuram North – SMVT Bengaluru Weekly Express Special via Kottayam will depart from Thiruvananthapuram North at 15:15 hrs. on Tuesdays, 12th, 19th, 26th August and 2nd, 9th, 16th September 2025 and arrive at SMVT Bengaluru at 08:30 hrs. the next day.
2. Train No. 06547 SMVT Bengaluru – Thiruvananthapuram North Express Special via Kottayam will depart from SMVT Bengaluru at 19:25 hrs. on Wednesdays, 13th, 27th August and 3rd September 2025 and will arrive at Thiruvananthapuram North at 13:15 hrs. the next day.
In the return direction, Train No. 06548 Thiruvananthapuram North – SMVT Bengaluru Express Special via Kottayam will leave Thiruvananthapuram North at 15:15 hrs. on Thursdays, 14th, 28th August and 4th September 2025 and will reach SMVT Bengaluru at 08:30 hrs. the next day.
Coach Composition: Two-AC Two Tier coaches, Sixteen-AC Three Tier coaches, and Two-Luggage-cum-Brake Vans.
