PRS centres fully operational to provide refunds for cancelled tickets
Trivandrum: Passenger Reservation System (PRS) centres in the jurisdiction of Thiruvananthapuram Division at Thrisur, Aluva, Ernakulam Town, Ernakulam Junction, Alappuzha, Kottayam, Thiruvalla, Chengannur, Kayankulam Junction, Kollam, Thiruvananthapuram Central and Nagercoil Junction railway stations are fully prepared for providing refunds and facilitating ticket reservations of the notified special trains.

Consequently, the trains will be operated to/from Kannur as per notification issued initially. Booking also allowed to / from Kannur for these trains.
